Managed cochairs and international task force, electronically edited and compiled manuscripts and graphics, designed and directed layout and cover, and arranged for publication of Mycotoxins: Risks in Plant, Animal, and Human Systems, 199 pp., in 2003.  Also managed cochairs and task force members and electronically edited and compiled manuscripts for Urban Agricultural Communities: Opportunities for Common Ground, 124 pp., which was published by CAST staff in 2002.
